Studio / Operations Manager Title: Operations Manager for Growing 3D Miniature Art Studio Description: We’re seeking an organized and communicative operations manager to oversee daily studio activity, resource planning, and scheduling. Great role for someone who thrives in a creative environment. Responsibilities: Plan and oversee all studio operations: scheduling, resource allocation, supply management, and project tracking.
- Coordinate communication between creative staff (modelers, artists, printers) and business functions (sales, marketing).
- Manage budgets, procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure adherence to project deadlines and cost targets.
- Oversee studio safety, security, and facility maintenance, implement protocols for equipment use and worksite organization.
- Support staff training, handle hiring/ onboarding, and serve as dispute mediator or workflow optimizer.
- Compile reports, analyze operational data, and suggest process improvements to studio leadership.
- Coordinate studio workflow and production schedules.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in creative or production studio management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
