About the Role :

GTI is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Dubai. This full-time role is dedicated to creating world-class packaging and trade marketing visuals (POSM) for our tobacco brands.

You’ll work in a marketing-led environment under strong creative direction, partnering with commercial and legal teams to adapt global concepts into locally compliant, premium visuals . Please note : this is an on-site position only (no remote or hybrid options).

Your Mission :

• Packaging Design : Develop designs for new variants, line extensions, and multi-market adaptations.
• POSM Creation : Design headers, displays, shelf talkers, and trade toolkits.
• Artwork Delivery : Produce technically correct, press-ready artwork .
• Trend Leadership : Stay ahead of Western FMCG design trends and packaging innovations.
• Creative Execution : Balance bold creativity with structured, detail-oriented output in a high-speed environment.
