Director of Teaching and Learning

Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the implementation of the schools pedagogical frameworks and teaching standards Lead curriculum development and ensure alignment with international standards and best practices Support teachers through professional development coaching and mentoring Monitor and evaluate teaching effectiveness using data to inform improvements Promote innovative teaching practices and integration of technology in the classroom Collaborate with school leadership to establish academic goals and strategies Foster a culture of continuous learning collaboration and academic excellence Ensure compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards Manage academic initiatives and projects to enhance student achievement Requirements Masters degree or higher in Education or related field Extensive leadership experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership Proven track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes Strong knowledge of international curricula and educational standards Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students
