At Porsche, the CEO Office provides strategic and operational support, acting as a central link between senior leadership, Porsche globally, and key external partners. The department drives cross-functional initiatives, manages high-priority projects, and implements global corporate strategy to ensure alignment, transparency, and sustainable growth across the region.

What to expect?

• You gain insights into the daily operations of the CEO Office.
• You oversee various activities, including organizing the Student Innovation Challenge, coordinating external PR and press topics, and creating newsroom and LinkedIn content on strategic initiatives and business updates.
• You provide personal assistance to the CEO Office leadership team, supporting them on strategic topics such as corporate development, strategy, and public relations.
• You support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings.
• You build presentations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
• You manage monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reporting.
• You coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences, and events.
• You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk when required.
