Sales Manager

3 – 8 years of direct marketing experience with a known brand.

Additional understanding / experience of Real Estate business will be preferred.

Ability to plan, manage, co-ordinate and handle vendors and meet business goals.

360o / working level understanding of brand, marketing, digital, events and activations for any product / service brand with emphasis on execution.

Education : Graduation / Post-graduate / MBA / Masters in communications / marketing / business management with specialisation in marketing.

Candidates with the requisite experience from Tier 1 colleges and Industry will be preferred.

Fluency in English and any other second language language : Arabic / Hindi / Marathi / Urdu.

Expectations : The profile is for a team player who has the aptitude and reasoning to support a fast-moving marketing organisation.

• He / she must be driven, committed, detail oriented and be hands-on from planning to implementation.
• Ability to drive execution and achieve KPIs of marketing, ROI, results for a mid-sized organisation.
• Data proficiency, marketing planning, and ability to send timely updates, insights, upline / work-groups will be an expectation from the role.
