BIM Modeler Mechanical Electrical

Responsibilities Develop and model detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems using Revit or similar software Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate and clashfree models Extract construction drawings schedules and material lists from BIM models Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure integrated project delivery Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle Assist in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processes Qualifications Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines UAE project experience is mandatory Proficiency in Revit Navisworks and BIM coordination tools Strong understanding of design standards and construction practices Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic project environment Should have UAE projects experience
