We’re seeking experienced Senior Tech Recruiters (contract or perm specialists) who want to break free from the 9–5 and earn on their terms. This is a 100% remote role with uncapped earning potential, 50% commission, and full control over your schedule.

At least 2 years’ experience in tech recruitment (contract, perm, or both).Proven billing track record with a 360 or full-desk model.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own desk and results.Comfortable working independently and remotely.Strong communication skills and confidence in managing clients and candidates.Experience in niche tech areas (Salesforce, cloud, AI, dev, etc.) is a plus.This Role is Not For You If…
