Sales & Commercial Transformation Lead - B2B Technology (UAE)
Location : Remote from UAE (offices in Dubai)
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Commercial Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end transformation across the commercial organization. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader with a proven track record of designing and implementing initiatives that improve revenue performance, optimize commercial operations, and strengthen partner engagement.
About the Role
As the Sales & Commercial Transformation Lead , you will partner with senior leadership to define and execute programs that transform both front-office (sales, account management, partner engagement) and back-office (operations, pricing, reporting, analytics) functions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and partner performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies and multi-year growth roadmaps , collaborating with senior leadership to unlock revenue and profitability opportunities.
- Design and deploy frameworks to analyze partner investment patterns, segment merchants, and identify growth opportunities , driving incremental revenue and enhanced loyalty.
- Lead end-to-end sales enablement programs , including tiered commission packages, pricing models, and performance incentives to optimize gross profit and commercial effectiveness.
- Implement advanced analytics and forecasting tools to monitor partner profitability, identify under-monetized segments, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and performance delivery.
- Champion change management initiatives to embed new processes, tools, and behaviors across the commercial organization.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading large-scale sales and commercial transformation programs across both front- and back-office functions.Strong track record of delivering measurable revenue and profitability improvements through strategic initiatives.Experience designing and implementing commercial frameworks, analytics, and enablement programs that drive partner engagement and growth.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to achieve transformation goals.Analytical, strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.Why This Role?
