Job DescriptionThe candidate will be responsible for managing Dell’s overall customer experience in UAE to build Dell’s perception as a premium PC brand in the country. The scope of the role will include :
- Brand Advocate Management : Recruitment, training and performance management of Dell brand advocates in the country
- POS Management : Standardize planograms in the market, deployment and maintenance of planograms as per guidelines to build a premium positioning for Dell
- Quarterly Brand campaigns & Demand Gen with retailer : Drive quarterly national campaigns for the brand. Plan quarterly marketing plans with managed retail and ensure execution of the plan as per guidelines. Build campaign user journeys to drive a consistent message across all formats for the brand.
- Customer Experience Monitoring : Monitor customer experience through mystery audits in retail and digital visual merchandising quarterly
- Budget Management : Manage country marketing budgets
