SharePoint Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Consultant with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, and Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and manage enterprise-level collaboration and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that enhance business efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing intranet, portal, and content management solutions that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

SharePoint & Solution Development

• Design, develop, configure, and customize SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions, including sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and custom forms.
• Develop and maintain custom SharePoint components such as web parts, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead and support SharePoint migration projects (On-Premises to SharePoint Online), including assessment, planning, and execution.
• Ensure adherence to SharePoint governance, security, and best practices.

Power Platform

• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to automate business processes and improve user experience.
• Build and manage Power Automate workflows for process automation and notifications.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Integrate Dataverse (Common Data Service) with SharePoint and other systems.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform, K2, and third-party systems to enable end-to-end business solutions.
• Ensure seamless data capture, retrieval, and synchronization across platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Support

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for solution architecture and design.
• Conduct user training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide post-deployment support.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to ensure performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2016, 2013, 2010, SharePoint Online).
• Strong expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with K2 for SharePoint.
• Experience in custom forms (Power Apps, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer).
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms, intranet solutions, and digital platform integration.
• Experience with workflows, portals, and enterprise web applications.
• Knowledge of security, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
• Experience in government or semi-government environments.
• Exposure to Power Platform integration with SharePoint.
• Experience with public portals and large-scale enterprise websites.
