Key Responsibilities of Senior HR Advisor

Lead client consultations to understand HR challenges, goals, and project requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored, high-quality HR solutions.
Design and implement HR strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and timelines.
Provide continuous client support, updates, and advice to ensure successful delivery.
Develop programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Design and roll out performance management systems.
Create competitive compensation and benefits structures.
Stay current with HR trends and best practices to bring fresh, relevant insights.

Qualification Required for Senior HR Advisor

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
8–10 years of solid HR experience (consulting experience is a strong plus).
Currently residing in the UAE.
Strong interpersonal, advisory, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines.
