Hiring Facility Manager Overview We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to take ownership of operations for a commercial building in Abu Dhabi This role is ideal for a mechanically minded professional with strong expertise who can lead daytoday operations coordinate maintenance strategies and ensure the building runs efficiently and safely Core Responsibilities Oversee operation and maintenance of systems including HVAC electrical and plumbing Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules to maximise asset uptime Supervise and coordinate contractors and service vendors ensuring work quality and timely delivery Implement operational procedures health safety and compliance measures for the building Manage vendor contracts monitor performance and support procurement for maintenance works Monitor budgets and prepare periodic reports on operations maintenance activities and costs Liaise with stakeholders and tenants to address facilityrelated needs and service requests Requirements Mechanical Engineering degree mandatory Proven knowledge of systems HVAC electrical distribution plumbing Demonstrable experience with commercial building O M practices Strong vendor management and planning skills Ability to develop strategic maintenance plans and manage operational budgets Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a handson approach to problem solving
