We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities :

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Resolve issues that arise during construction
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications

Requirements :

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with other benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Indian Construction Manager seeking career growth in a dynamic environment. Biometric passport is preferred but not required.
