Job Description

This position involves delivering a positive dining experience to guests by providing excellent customer service in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs.
• Greet customers professionally, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Follow the steps of service and all SOPs as per the mini manual booklet.
• Prepare and serve food & beverages according to company standards.
• Upsell products and promote special items to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the waiter station, packaging materials, and storage areas.
• Handle customer complaints or rejections efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Manage revenues by issuing receipts, accepting payments, and returning change.
• Clean tables or counters after customers finish dining, maintaining a clean work surface behind counters.
• Coordinate with trainees, kitchen staff, and baristas to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues.
• Adhere to company grooming standards.
