Job Title : Network Security Specialist – F5 & Zscaler (Banking Domain)

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience Required : 8–12 Years

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Security Specialist to support and enhance our security infrastructure within the banking environment. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in F5 BIG-IP technologies (ASM, GTM, LTM) and Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA), with a strong understanding of secure traffic management, application delivery, and zero trust architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage F5 BIG-IP modules : ASM for Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies and threat mitigation; GTM for global DNS traffic distribution and failover; LTM for load balancing and application delivery optimization.
• Deploy and administer Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure internet and internal application access.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce zero trust policies and secure access controls.
• Monitor and optimize traffic flows, application performance, and security posture across F5 and Zscaler platforms.
• Conduct policy tuning, incident response, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines).
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with emerging threats and technologies relevant to the banking sector.
