Overview
We are developing a modern 3PL warehouse facility in Dubai and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle. This role will cover everything from site preparation and design to construction, technology integration, and operational readiness. You will ensure the warehouse is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with best-in-class logistics standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end development of a new 3PL warehouse, from planning to go-live.
- Conduct site due diligence and coordinate with consultants and authorities for approvals.
- Manage design, fit-out, and construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Lead vendor and contractor management for racking, MHE, IT / WMS, and other systems.
- Coordinate technology setup including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) , security, and operational equipment.
- Work closely with operations teams to prepare SOPs, workflows, and handover plans .
- Track project progress, budget, and report regularly to senior management.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the project.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within logistics, warehousing, or industrial facilities (UAE experience preferred).Proven ability to deliver warehouse or logistics projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, racking design, fit-out, and approvals (Free Zone / Mainland).Excellent skills in stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and contractor supervision .Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Construction, or related field; PMP is a plus.Strong communication and leadership skills.What We Offer
