Salary AED 12 18 Based on UAE experience Availability Immediate joiners or 1month notice acceptable Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering 5 10 years of experience in building construction UAE experience preferred Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and MS Office Strong knowledge of construction sequencing EOT forensic delay analysis Earned Value Management EVM and risk registers Ability to review schedules cash flow manpower and subcontractor progress Skilled in coordination progress tracking and claim analysis UAE driving license and own car is required Key Responsibilities Reviewing contractor submissions baseline lookahead schedules reports Conducting site visits and inspections Preparing executive reports delay and cost analysis Close coordination with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Location Dubai only
