Key Responsibilities

• Client Relations : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Property Marketing : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and property owners.
• Property Showings : Conduct property showings, provide in-depth information on available spaces, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Lease Negotiation : Lead negotiations for lease terms and conditions, guaranteeing favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Listing Generation : Proactively identify and generate commercial property listings by engaging property owners, showcasing our services, and highlighting the benefits of listing with Unwind Properties.
• Client Consultation : Assist clients in understanding their specific commercial real estate requirements, offering expert guidance, and presenting suitable property options.
• Market Research : Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with well-informed advice.
