Description

As an Execution Trader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that trade execution processes are efficient, accurate, and seamless. Your core responsibility will be managing and automating the execution of orders across multiple asset classes, liaising directly with brokers to ensure timely and effective order fulfillment. You will leverage your strong coding skills-particularly in Python-to enhance and streamline trade workflows, working closely with portfolio managers and quantitative researchers. Your expertise will help reduce execution costs and improve overall trading efficiency.

Key responsibilities include :

Executing orders across a broad range of asset classes including equities, futures, FX, and fixed incomeAutomating trade execution processes and optimizing existing workflows using PythonCollaborating with brokers and counterparties to ensure smooth order routing and fulfillmentMonitoring real-time trade execution and resolving any issues promptlySupporting development of internal tools and analytics related to trade execution and performance

Profile

5 to 8 years of execution trading experience within a systematic hedge fund or quantitative trading environmentStrong programming skills, ideally Python, with experience automating execution workflowsDeep understanding of order management systems (OMS), FIX protocols, and broker APIsMulti-asset class experience covering equities, futures, FX, and fixed income productsAbility to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentExcellent communication skills to liaise effectively with brokers and internal stakeholdersA proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
