We are looking for Agent Relations Managers to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and agency managers. The role focuses on engagement, communication, and long-term partnership development.

• Develop and manage relationships with agents and agencies
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction
• Support business growth through strong partner engagement

Requirements

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
• Fluency in one of the required languages
• Background in aviation (ex-cabin crew), luxury hospitality, or high-end customer service preferred
• Professional appearance, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills
