Recruitment Payroll For a suitable HR professional with Minimum 7 Years of experience in Oil and Gas background on a similar role in United Arab Emirates Qualification BBA MBA MPA Specialization in Human Resource or equivalent Attested degree from all the relevant authorities and currently available inside UAE Roles and Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process Reviewing resumes and screening candidates Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and department managers Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws Strong understanding of WPS and Payroll Management Knowledge of updated UAE labor law Record keeping and documentation Strong understanding of MS Office suit
