We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to helm one of the regions most prominent family businesses. This is a highimpact leadership role overseeing multiple subsidiary businesses driving strategic alignment, financial growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a groupwide strategy for business expansion and profitability
  • Lead P&L management and financial optimization across diverse industries
  • Provide executive leadership and mentorship to subsidiary CEOs / GMs
  • Identify and drive investment and growth opportunities
  • Foster innovation, operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CEO / Group CEO leading large diversified businesses
  • Strong P&L ownership and strategic leadership capabilities
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and highstakes decisionmaking
  • Deep understanding of the MENA business landscape ideally in a family business environment
  • Arabic language proficiency preferred for effective regional engagement
