Overview

Sales Manager job in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to ensure that targets are achieved and exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations to ensure goals are met.
• Develop and expand new markets and customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate the sales team
• Ability to analyze data for informed decision making
