الوصف الوظيفيDevelop creative concept designs for interior spaces Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements Lead design teams and projects to ensure timely and successful delivery Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices 5 years of experience in interior design preferably in the UAE or GCC Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and Revit Senior Technical Interior Architect - Site Background Develop and implement technical interior architecture solutions Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical feasibility Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards 5 years of experience in interior architecture preferably in the UAE or GCC Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp Senior Interior Draftsman Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency Develop and maintain CAD standards and protocols Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards 3 years of experience in interior drafting preferably in the UAE or GCC Strong technical skills and knowledge of CAD software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Revit Senior Interior Landscape Designer Develop creative landscape designs for interior spaces Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements Lead design teams and projects to ensure timely and successful delivery Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices 5 years of experience in landscape design preferably in the UAE or GCC Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and Revit Senior Interior / Facade Lighting Designer Develop creative lighting designs for interior and facade projects Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical feasibility Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards 5 years of experience in lighting design preferably in the UAE or GCC Strong technical skills and knowledge of lighting systems and controls Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in software such as Autodesk and Dialux
