Key Responsibilities Manage the hospital s daily operations ensuring smooth workflow across departments Coordinate with medical nursing and administrative teams to optimize patient care and resource use Monitor and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and service quality Oversee facility management supply chain and equipment maintenance Prepare and manage budgets reports and compliance documentation Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations safety protocols and accreditation standards Identify areas for improvement and implement operational best practices Supervise and develop administrative and support staff Handle patient feedback and resolve servicerelated issues promptly Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field Master s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations quality standards and hospital workflows Proficiency in hospital management systems and Microsoft Office tools Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
