Assistant Manager Production Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Assist in planning organizing and directing manufacturing and fabrication processes Supervise production team leaders and operators e g welders fabricators digital printers installers Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet project deadlines Implement and enforce strict quality control checks throughout the production process Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the production floor Coordinate with the Purchase and Project Management departments to ensure material availability Train and mentor production staff on new techniques and equipment Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Technology or Business Management Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the signage fabrication or a related manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of signage materials acrylics metals LEDs vinyl and fabrication techniques welding CNC routing printing
