HR Payroll Officer Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Process endtoend payrolls for all employees accurately and on schedule Manage compensation benefits and statutory deductions in compliance with UAE labor laws Coordinate with HR site managers and finance teams to resolve payrollrelated queries Maintain payroll records reports and documentation for audit purposes Support HR initiatives and employeerelated administrative functions as needed Requirements Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field 3 4 years of payroll experience preferably within the UAE Facilities Management sector Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively between HR site and finance teams Attention to detail and proficiency in payroll systems and related software
