Job Purpose
To support CCECC Dubai’s project and corporate operations by contributing technical expertise, ensuring compliance with RTA / UAE standards, and delivering high-quality results within timelines, safety guidelines, and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities (Applicable to All Roles)
Depending on the department / position, responsibilities may include :
Technical & Project Responsibilities
Support execution of roads, bridges, utilities, tunnels, or infrastructure works as per project specifications.
Follow RTA, consultant, and internal quality standards .
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth work progress.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, drawings, or related technical outputs.
Assist in resolving site challenges by providing timely solutions or escalating issues.
Ensure accurate work measurements, inspections, and compliance checks.
Planning & Coordination
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to meet project milestones.
Participate in internal & external meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges.
Ensure alignment with project schedules, material plans, and resource allocations.
Quality, HSE & Compliance
Follow all HSE rules, safety protocols, and risk-control measures.
Support QA / QC processes such as inspections, material approvals, method statements, and work checklists.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, RTA requirements, and company policies.
Administrative / Support Functions (For Office Positions)
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, procurement follow-ups, HR coordination, project support, and internal communication.
Maintain proper filing, record tracking, and database updates.
Support cross-functional departments for smooth company operations.
Minimum Requirements (For All Roles)
Bachelor’s / Diploma in relevant field ( Civil, Roads, Utilities, Mechanical, Electrical, HSE, Surveying, HR, Admin, Finance, IT, etc. depending on position).
Minimum 0–20+ years (depending on role level – Trainee / Junior / Mid / Senior / Manager).
Experience in RTA projects is an advantage for technical positions.
Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of UAE / RTA standards.
Proficiency in technical tools (AutoCAD, Civil3D, Primavera, MS Office, Survey equipment, etc. depending on role).
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.
