We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR strategy to support the organization's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and enhance employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and address employee concerns.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5-10 years of experience in HR management or administration.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Skills Required
