You will collaborate closely with product, finance, HR, and design teams while mentoring and guiding engineering leaders to execute initiatives with clarity and precision. Accountabilities

• Partner with senior engineering leadership to define and drive the technical roadmap, strategic priorities, and execution cadence across engineering teams.
• Monitor project health, remove roadblocks, and ensure flawless follow‑through on key initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional communications, coordination, and stakeholder alignment to reduce operational overhead for leadership.
• Lead priority projects focused on organizational design, process optimization, and operational efficiency, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain planning frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for high‑velocity program execution.
• Serve as liaison between engineering and other departments, including product management, finance, GTM, HR, and design.
• Prepare high‑quality executive‑level materials and surface insights to improve decision‑making, organizational effectiveness, and operational clarity.
