Mechanical Inspector

Responsibilities Review and verify mechanical installation drawings and specifications for highrise projects Inspect mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing fire protection and elevator installations during construction Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings standards and safety regulations Conduct site inspections and tests on mechanical components and systems Review and approve material submittals shop drawings and method statements related to mechanical works Identify and resolve technical issues and nonconformance reports Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and quality documentation Coordinate with contractors consultants and project management teams Ensure timely completion of mechanical inspections in line with project schedules Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 8 years of experience in mechanical inspection for highrise buildings Strong consultancy background in the UAE Familiarity with local codes standards and regulations Excellent communication coordination and report writing skills Certifications in relevant mechanical inspection standards are a plus
