Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for Field Sales to join our team in Nagpur, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through sales of Microsoft and ICT solutions. This role requires strong field sales experience, a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and ICT products, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Microsoft and ICT sectors to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the field.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products and ICT solutions, including their benefits and applications.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
Experience
3-5 years of experience in field sales, with a focus on Microsoft and ICT products., Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills / Scope
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ICT solutions, including cloud computing, enterprise software, and digital transformation., Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service., Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and sales metrics., Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
