Operations Assistant

الوصف الوظيفيPrevious experience in an operations role within a crypto exchange is preferred. Experience in the fintech or blockchain industry is an advantage. Strong Excel skills or proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in English is necessary and Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. Prior experience in managing KOL campaigns, trading platforms, or cryptocurrency-related projects is beneficial. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital assets is an advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage Key Opinion Leader campaigns ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
- Handle and maintain relationships with key accounts ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, track key performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Generate detailed reports, analyze trading data, and derive insights to optimize performance.
- Manage and distribute incentives and bonuses accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with relevant departments including marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment and foster strong internal communication.
- Adapt to dynamic market conditions and perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Be willing to work longer hours when necessary to meet business demands.
