OVERVIEW / BASIC FUNCTION :

The Guest Driver is responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and professional transportation services to hotel guests. As a key representative of the Front Office, the Guest Driver ensures each journey reflects the hotel’s service standards and delivers an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet guests with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude at pick-up and drop-off points.
• Safely transport guests to and from the airport, business meetings, shopping destinations, or local attractions as requested.
• Ensure the hotel vehicle is clean, polished, fueled, and in perfect working condition at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage, entry / exit from the vehicle, and any other personal assistance needed during transport.
• Communicate effectively with the Concierge and Front Office team to coordinate timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance checks.
• Report any incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle concerns immediately to management.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and deliver discreet, VIP-level service.
• Provide information or recommendations on local attractions if requested by guests.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and all local traffic laws and regulations.
