International Tax Senior Manager

The Company

Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to recruit an International Tax Senior Manager for their office in Dubai, UAE

The Role

• Give tax advice to a range of national and multinational clients working across the Middle East
• Demonstrate an understanding of complex tax concepts to present clients with solutions to their issues
• Manage the work of the client service team helping to meet and exceed your targets
• Be aware of market developments to initiate new products and services for clients
• Assist in business development opportunities in addition to building existing client relationships
• Help build and develop the international tax team both in Abu Dhabi and across the Middle East in general

The Candidate

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting/Finance or Law. MBA, Masters of Tax or LLM in Tax would be an additional plus
• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA, LLM or equivalent would be advantageous
• Minimum of 6 Years’ Experience in a Professional Services environment
• Experience within a mature market required
• Suitable for a recent Senior Manager or an Experienced Manager with demonstrable senior management potential
• Strong team leadership, organisational, analytical and verbal communication skills
