General Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Technician in a hotel.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for hotel facilities and equipment.
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and hotel maintenance standards.
