Job Description

As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.

This role is fully NAFIS eligible. AECOM manages all registrations and contributions to the GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to one or more managers within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.
• Works under general supervision.


Qualifications

  • UAE National with a valid Family Book - required in line with AECOM’s Emiratisation commitment and UAE Labour Law.
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, forms, reports, and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel when needed.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple requests, and work under general supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
