Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, subcontractor management, variations, valuations, and commercial management of projects.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of fit-out and joinery works and be able to manage project costs from tender stage through to completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Document Controller. Mandatory experience in the Construction industry. Strong experience handling project documentation, technical documents, drawings, and correspondence. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with document control systems/software will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of document numbering, revision control, transmittals, and document registers. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects/documents simultaneously. Good communication skills in English.
