Als Tele Sales Executive (m/w/d) bist du der erste systematische Kontaktpunkt für potenzielle Kunden. Du arbeitest strukturiert, nutzt klare Gesprächsleitfäden und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Lead professionell qualifiziert wird. Mit deinem organisatorischen Talent und deiner präzisen Kommunikation bildest du eine stabile Grundlage für den Vertriebserfolg unseres Teams in Dubai.
Dein Aufgabenbereich:
Strukturierte Erstansprache: Du kontaktierst warme Leads nach definierten Prozessen, dokumentierst Gesprächsergebnisse sorgfältig und leitest qualifizierte Kontakte an die Closer weiter.
Verlässliche Terminvereinbarung: Du koordinierst Termine zwischen Interessenten und unseren Strategieberatern – zuverlässig und pünktlich.
Kundenpflege: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen, indem du klare Informationen lieferst, Rückfragen dokumentierst und Nachfassaktionen planst.
Qualitätsstandards einhalten: Du arbeitest mit bestehenden Checklisten und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Kundenkontakt professionell, vollständig und nachvollziehbar abgewickelt wird.
Mitarbeit bei Veranstaltungen: Bei Bedarf unterstützt du das Team bei Messen und Events und vertrittst unser Unternehmen verbindlich und seriös.

Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Vertriebserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich – wichtiger ist deine Bereitschaft, dich in Prozesse einzuarbeiten und diese konsequent umzusetzen.
