RESPONSIBILITIES Assess and treat difficulties in the following domains Gross and fine motor skills Sensory processing skills Cognitive Executive Function skills Visual perceptual skills Visualmotor integration and handwriting skills SelfCare and independence Create implement and revise the individual treatment programInstruct and advise parents on an occupational therapy treatment planMaintain records and case notesMonitor and evaluate patients progressWork with clients on a onetoone basis and or in groups to deliver therapy using an interdisciplinary approach with cotreatments with other disciplines utilized when appropriateConsult and work with team members of the multidisciplinary team to incorporate appropriate strategies and goals into the child s plan to ensure the child s fullest developmentMaintain confidentiality about clients and their families
