Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities in accordance with project specifications and safety standards Ensure timely completion of civil works within quality and safety guidelines Inspect sites regularly to monitor progress and adherence to plans Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors Review and verify drawings material specifications and work procedures Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations Prepare reports on progress issues and safety incidents Manage and guide onsite staff and subcontractors Qualifications Minimum 3 years GCC experience in civil supervision Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proven track record in civil construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods safety standards and materials Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Ready to join immediately
