BG Global is partnering with a leading provider of precision machinery solutions tailored for the jewelry manufacturing industry. Renowned for their technical innovation and customer-first approach, the company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operational functions while aligning efficiency with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, cost control, and alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate existing workflows, introduce best practices, and implement automation and process enhancements.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams, setting clear KPIs and ensuring performance accountability.
- Plan and optimize the utilization of manpower, stock, systems, and infrastructure.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and governance standards.
- Work closely with Purchase, Inventory, Service, HR, IT, and Finance to maintain seamless coordination.
- Establish and monitor operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics for leadership review.
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage operational challenges.
- Drive initiatives that improve service delivery, turnaround time, and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in operations management within trading or distribution environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments and large operational teams.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Zoho preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
