Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive to join Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include : Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and members, handling inquiries, reservations, and service requests with confidence. Maintain exceptional customer service standards, proactively resolving guest concerns and ensuring a consistently positive experience. Manage membership processes including inquiries, registrations, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring accurate system records. Promote and upsell health club services, programs, and memberships to maximize guest engagement and revenue opportunities. Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless guest journeys. Ensure front office operations comply with health, safety, and service standards, contributing to a clean, organized, and safe environment. About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications : High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience in guest relations or front office roles, ideally within a luxury hospitality or wellness environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Professional appearance and confident, service-oriented attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Well-organized and detail-focused, comfortable handling administrative tasks, systems, and guest data accurately.
