Logistics Coordinator
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Logistic Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate all logistics activities for import and export shipments of bulk Agri
commodities (such as wheat, barley, grains, rice etc.).
• Manage end-to-end shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading, Certificate of
Origin, Delivery Order, and other regulatory paperwork.
• Handle customs clearance procedures, liaising with agents and authorities to ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, warehouses, and suppliers to facilitate
efficient cargo handling.
• Track shipment status, resolve operational delays, and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems for logistics
documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or operations within the shipping industry.
• Hands-on experience in handling bulk Agri-commodities or fertilizers is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Experience in clearing and freight forwarding.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments
simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools/software is an advantage.
