HSE Manager
Our client is hiring for the position HSE Manager
• Responsible for the design, implementation and co-ordination of all HSE programs. Shall develop and provide technical and administrative directions on all HSE decisions
• Able to develop, implement and maintain HSE related procedures, policies, risk-assessments for the various activities, aspect-impact assessments etc. for the various operations of the company
• Shall conduct work place safety audits, report incidents, conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Responsible for getting the necessary approvals such as Environmental License, Civil Defense License for smooth running of operations.
• Shall be able to conduct HSE related trainings, encourage safe working practices, corrects near misses and reports the same.
• Shall be able to work with the multi-national employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
• Shall liase with external agencies and ensure compliance with the various requirements.
• Review and update the HSE procedures and policies periodically and ensure compliance with the local and international regulations.
• Maintain positive and proactive relations with Managers and employees as well as our customers and regulatory agencies
• Shall promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
