What the job involves
- Independently lead transactions and be responsible for structuring and negotiating transaction documents.
- Manage the team involved in conducting due diligence.
- Be willing to be exposed to investments in various geographic jurisdictions.
- Travel to project sites as part of the investment evaluation process.
