Teneos Management Consulting division advises executivelevel clients on strategic topics across a range of issues central to the success of their business. Consultants will gain broad exposure to different industries as well as project types and have the opportunity to contribute to the team outside of normal casework.

What Youll Do:

As a Senior Consultant youll be an accomplished consistent effective member of the Teneo Consulting team whose focus is on providing support to case Managers Directors and Managing Directors in the efficient delivery of cases as well as managing smaller cases or discrete work streams within larger more complex cases:

• Provide delivery support on discrete workstreams or manage smaller cases directly with Manager Director or Managing Director support
• Develop the answer from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation
• Manage the case or workstream team on a daytoday basis delegating and planning workload whilst also providing coaching support
• Work independently with minimal need for support
• Handle daytoday liaison with junior and midlevel client counterparts
• Lead presentations confidently and engagingly when presenting output to the client
• Support with business development activities
• Build on client relationships and actively coach junior team members

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
• 3 5 years relevant work experience ideally within a Strategy or Management Consulting environment (other relevant fields may also be considered)
• Bachelors degree or higher in any degree discipline
• Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent in verbal and written communications
• Highly logical and numerate
• Evidence of teamwork leadership and ambition alongside relevant work experience
• Capable of operating in a fastpaced environment with the ability to influence and challenge when needed
• Able to create an immediate positive and credible impression
• Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail
• Able to skilfully and confidently influence and negotiate while maintaining a positive relationship with all parties during difficult conversations
• Biased to action proactively taking on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
• Specialisation is not expected however preference will be considered in the allocation process (where competence is consistent across all sectors)
