• Cleaning:Keeping the kitchen organized and clean
  
• Inventory:Monitoring stock movement and ordering
  
• Hygiene:Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and keeping a clean uniform
  
• Menu planning:Understanding menu planning and stock controls
  
• Communication:Communicating with the chef and supervisor
  
• Food presentation:Ensuring food is presented properly
