Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in retail banking to lead the development and management of banking products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail banking sector with expertise in product strategy innovation and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies for retail banking products ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead endtoend product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Identify market trends customer needs and competitive insights to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams including technology marketing risk and compliance to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Define pricing positioning and gotomarket strategies for banking products.
• Work closely with digital teams to enhance customer experience and digital adoption.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on datadriven insights.
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives and present them to senior leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including partners vendors and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail banking sector with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Proven track record in product management strategy and development within a banking environment.
• Experience in digital banking customer experience and fintech integration is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach.
• Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance or a related field.
