Design scalable secure and highperformance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored for banking operations.
Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with core banking systems payment gateways and thirdparty financial applications.
Develop solution blueprints architecture diagrams and technical roadmaps aligning with banking IT strategy.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement Sales Service Marketing Field Service).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power BI Power Apps).
- Experience integrating CRM with banking systems (Core Banking ERP Payment Platforms Fraud Detection Systems).
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services API development and middleware technologies.
- Handson experience with Dataverse SQL and JavaScript frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (optional but beneficial).
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred for cloudbased implementations).
- Project Management (PMP Agile or Scrum Master certifications) (preferred).
